Romantic Purple Eyeshadow W/ Nude Lips!

Hello beauts! Today I'm bringing a romantic look featuring BH Cosmetics 120 Color Eyeshadow Pallet 2nd Edition! I absolutely love this pallet it has an abundance of bright colors and also neutral colors in both matte and shimmer finishes. The pigmentation in the eyeshadows is great and easy to blend! Anyone can create just about any look with this pallet; fresh, romantic, or bold the possibilities are endless!

Products used:

I have already done my eyebrows with Dipdown and shaped them with Pro Longwear Concealer.
Then I applied UD Eyeshadow Primer Potion all over my eyelids.

With a Medium Shadow I  applied a matte "Caramel" color on the lids up to the crease.

Next with a Dome Shadow brush applied a matte "Warm Mocha Brown" on the crease.

Afterwards I used a shimmery "Plum" eyeshsadow with a Detailed Shadow brush to the outer corners of the eyelid. I prefer to wing my eyeshadow out since I have small eyes.

To blend out any harsh lines I used a fluffy Blender brush with no product to soften the look.

To remove any fallout I used a Fan Brush with no product.

To add some some dimension I went back to highlight my brow bone with a matte "light beige" shadow with a clean Detailed Shadow brush.

I used the fluffy Blender brush to blend in the highlight and the shadow on my crease.

To clean up the look I applied my usual concealer and foundation and then set it with Ben Nye luxury powders.

To contour I grabbed my angle brush and used TANtilizer on the hollow parts of my cheekbones and on my temples.

To add a little color on my cheeks I used the same brush to apply Garden Rose on the cheeks up to my hair line.

I also added Soft and Gentle on the highest parts of my cheeks and on my t-zone for an all over glow.

It is my personal preference to line my lids after I have set my foundation.
I have lined my lids with a slight winged tip using Trooper. Trooper is one of my holly grail items. I have other liquid liners but I always go back to this one because it is my fav!

I applied one coat of mascara on both upper and lower lashes.
I absolutely adore 'DÉFINICILS' High Definition Mascara it gives me both length, volume and it also separates lashes. Needless to say it is also another one of my favs!

On to the lips! I applied Velvet Teddy, it is described to be a mid-tone beige.

Lined the lips with NYX Mahogany Slim Lip Pencil.

Matte lipsticks can flatten out lips, to bring back some dimension I applied a coat of Violet Mint.

And that is the finished look!
I hope you all are having a good start in 2014 and enjoyed this look.
Have a great weekend and stayed tuned in!! xx

Gold Glamour

Hello beauty's! I hope you all had a great Christmas and A New Years! I have a great feeling about 2014!! I hope to blog more this year so you ladies or gentlemen can get to know me and ultimately get inspired!

Today's make up look will be a gold and brown smokey eye perfect for the holidays or an evening look!

Products used:

I've filled in my eyebrows using MAC's Fluidline in Dipdown and used Pro Longwear concealer to shape and highlight my eyebrows.

Then applied Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden all over the eyelids and brow bone.

After that I used a NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Cottage Cheese only on the eyelid.

Afterwards I used a gold eye shadow with gold deposits from Cargo's Eye Shadow Duo with a Detail Shadow brush.

Next, I used a matte "Light Beige" eyeshadow from the brow bone all the way down to the crease where the gold meets with Medium Eyeshadow Brush.

Then applied a matte "Caramel" eyeshadow on the crease with a Dome Blender brush.

Afterwards I used a matte "Warm Mocha Brown" eyeshadow concentrating on the outer corners of the lid and then blend it out to the crease with the same brush.

I felt the need to intensify the color on the outer corners so I picked a slightly darker "Mocha Brown" eyeshadow and applied it with the same brush.

For a more polished look I applied Pro Longwear Concealer in NW30 under the eyes with Detail Concealer brush. After that I applied Studio Fluid Fix in NC44 with a Foundation Brush. To set concealer and t-zone I used Ben Nye's Banana Luxury Powder with a Powder Buffer brush. Then applied Camel Mojave Luxury Powder with the same brush on the side of my temples, cheeks, and jawline making a three to slightly contour my face.

To contour I used Shimmer Mocha Havana because this shade is very close to my skin tone. To highlight I used Soft and Gentle on the highest part of my cheekbones and my t-zone with a Angle Brush. To add a flush of color on  cheeks I used Garden Rose with the same brush.

Back to the windows of the soul, I applied Trooper to line my eyes and Definicils to the upper and lower lashes.

You can never go wrong with a bright red lip! I used the infamous Ruby Woo lipstick paired with MAC's Cherry lip pencil  to pull my Gold Glamour look effortlessly.

I hope you all have enjoyed this photoset. Feel free to pick, choose and try what ever you like from this look!
If you have any requests please feel free to leave a comment.
Stay tuned for my next look... A romantic look to say the least!.

May you all have a prosperous new year!
