My Foundation Routine by IVY XO

Products used (in chronological order):
  • Simple - Protecting Light Moisturizer with SPF 15
  • MAC - Studio Fix Fluid in NC44
  • MAC - Pro Longwear Concealer in NW30
  • Ben Nye - Banana Luxury Powder
  • Ben Nye - Camel Mojave Luxury Powder
  • Lorac - TANtalizer Baked Bronzer
  • NYX - Tango with Bronze powder in Bronze Ensemble (02)
  • NYX - Blush in Rose Garden

First start off by moisturizing your skin before you apply any make up on. Let your skin absorb the moisturizer for 3 - 5 minutes. Today, I am using Simple protecting Light moisturizer.

Next, dot your foundation on your face. I am using MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC44. Then, grab your Flat Buffer brush to buff out your foundation in a circular motion for a smooth application.

Next, grab your Detail Concealer brush to apply your concealer under your eyes. Use your fingers to blend the concealer out into your foundation. I am using MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW30.

Next, grab your Round Powder brush and add a little of Banana Luxury Powder by Ben Nye to set your concealer in place. ( I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!)

I use Camel Mojave Luxury powder to contour my face with the same brush. Start of in the hallow of your cheek bones then move up to your temples and then finish by going down to your jaw line.

To add a little more dimension I use Lorac TANtalizer baked bronzer in the hallow of my cheeks and on my temples with the  Angle Brush.

With the lighter shade of NYX's Tango with Bronze Powder, I highlight my face on the high parts of my cheek bones and on my t-zone with the Angle Brush.

With the same brush I apply NYX Blush in Rose Garden in circular motion for a smooth well blended application.

I filled in my brows, added some eye liner and popped a bit of lipstick on my lips to finish the look!

I hope this will help you in some way shape or form glamoramas!
